Our crews run out of the Klang Valley on a weekly routing. Bookings in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya are usually filled within one to two days. Nearby states such as Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Perak and Pahang take one to three days, depending on how far your house sits from the main town.

Johor, Kedah, Penang, Perlis, Kelantan and Terengganu are routed in batches so the travel cost is not carried by a single customer. If you live well outside a large town, tell us early and we will try to pair your visit with other bookings in the same area on the same day.

For urgent cases — cloudy water, an odd smell, or a supply cut that has just ended — message us. We will quote the earliest slot that genuinely exists rather than the one that sounds best. A typical house takes one to two hours and the water is usable again the same day.

Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: House Water Tank Cleaning Trips

These three do not run on the same daily schedule. Crew and equipment travel by sea or air, so visits are batched — we enter an area, clear every booking there, then move on to the next.

That means two things for you. Book early: the actual date is confirmed over WhatsApp once we know when the next trip reaches your area. And group bookings move first — several neighbouring houses, a block of quarters, or a row of shoplots booking together will get an earlier date.

Travel costs for these regions differ from the peninsula, and we state the full amount in the quote before you confirm. Nothing hidden appears after the work is done.

The state changes; the standard of work does not. The base price starts at RM150 for a 500L to 1000L poly unit in all 16 states. What varies is the travel charge for areas outside the larger towns, and even that is stated up front in the quote.

The process is identical everywhere: drain, pump out sediment, scrub the inner walls, disinfect with a food-grade agent approved by the Ministry of Health, rinse, and refill. Technicians check the lid and look for cracks on every visit, and will tell you straight if a unit has gone brittle and is better replaced than cleaned again.

Every job carries a 30-day guarantee. For an ordinary home we suggest repeating every six to twelve months, in line with Ministry of Health guidance — more often if your area loses supply frequently or your water comes from rain or a river.
